1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FINABRIX("the Service"), operated by Frank Knowtech LLP from Bangalore, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

FINABRIX provides a SaaS platform for Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to capture leads, manage their team and network, route applications to financiers, and pay out commissions. Specific features depend on your subscription tier (Basic or Pro).

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment gateway. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and can be requested at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FINABRIX's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
